As an Account Executive for Cntraqer Corp, you will be responsible for initiating new business opportunities and supporting the close of those opportunities with the leading brands in the data center / MSP / cloud hosting sector. We provide SaaS procurement management software which makes data center / MSP / cloud hosting providers more efficient in buying the things they need to run their businesses and more effective in negotiating on price.

Contraqer Corp Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue by managing the sales process from start to finish including prospecting, identifying and establishing relationships with key decision makers. Account Executives will also play an important supporting role with product demonstrations, contract negotiations and closure of deals.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Account Executive who wants a true strategic, consultative sales approach.

The Account Executive will work closely with the Principals to ensure revenue forecasts and customer acquisition targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly basis.  Overachievement is generously rewarded as our compensation plans are uncapped.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prospect and develop pipeline of new business opportunities in order to meet quarterly targets
  • Lead prospecting efforts, relationship development and scheduling of meetings
  • Support overall solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing process for new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to Contraqer Corp management utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that appropriate expectations are being established, communicated, and met

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of selling data center / MSP / cloud hosting products and services to enterprise level organizations
  • 10+ years of overall sales experience
  • Proven success in managing large transactions and opportunities over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with an emphasis on closing new business
  • Ability to effectively communicate and convey the Contraqer Corp value proposition utilizing tools such as Webex in addition to face to face meetings when necessary
  • Strong track record in selling to selling data center / MSP / cloud hosting companies
  • Proven track record of carrying and exceeding a $500k+ annual quota
  • BS or BA degree required

We are seeking an experienced Product and Sales Engineer to support our growing business. The Product and Sales Engineer is the primary technical resource for the field sales force. This role is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and designing customer solutions that include Professional Services. He/She will work in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products and services with both prospects and customers.

The Product and Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Product and Sales Engineers also scope and deliver service engagements that involve customization of the platform and system integrations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrating solution and answering detailed technical questions about product capability
  • Scoping field customizations and delivering functional specifications for integrations to third party systems
  • Testing user stories to ensure that they have been implemented correctly.
  • Maintaining and enhancing client and internal reporting dashboards, including development of services that leverage the data we have to create new product features.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications
  • Experience in advanced Microsoft Excel template development
  • Experience with accounting / ERP / procurement management a plus
  • Technical and solution experience in IT troubleshooting
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) including experience responding to RFIs/RFPs
  • Thrives in a technical startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity and persuasive confidence
  • High energy level and a “can do” attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in software, hardware and services customer facing sales in engineering capacity
